Shipping Policy

1. Shipping is included

The price you see for every product and bundle includes shipping. There are no additional shipping charges added at checkout.

2. How fulfillment works

Orders are fulfilled by our trusted partner teemdrop. When you place an order, teemdrop receives it immediately, prepares your items, and ships them directly to you.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to teemdrop within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

4. Estimated delivery times

• United States: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

5. Tracking

As soon as your order ships, teemdrop provides a tracking number. You will receive it by email so you can follow your delivery.

6. Customs & duties

For orders shipped outside the US, your local customs office may apply import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price.

7. Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email info@theorderli.com with your order details and we will track it down with teemdrop and the carrier.
